Clouds Retreats – Montville, Mapleton & The African Village
All retreats are open to guests wishing to stay. You can book on our website or by calling 5442 9174 Please advise at time of booking of any special requirements you may have such as special meals, room type or disabled access.
Restaurants – The Barrel at Clouds Vineyard & The Glasshouse
Our restaurants are currently open to dine-in guests complying with current Covid safe regulations and limitations. In-house guests are able to order room service. Take-away is available from The Glasshouse at Clouds Montville and The Barrel at Clouds Vineyard in Maleny.
When you stay with us you will notice increased precautions including:
- Social distancing practices such as welcoming guests with a wave instead of a handshake
- Contact free check-in & room service
- Good personal hygiene with regular handwashing and the availability of hand sanitiser
- Increased cleaning of public spaces and regular disinfecting of surfaces like benches.
- The number of people in our public spaces will be restricted
- We request that guests follow the advice of health authorities and refrain from visiting us if they feel unwell.
The current restrictions will change the experiences we are able to offer. Please speak with us and we will endeavour do what we can to make your stay with us as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

To the extent permitted by law, neither Clouds Retreats nor any of its related bodies corporate, directors, employees or agents accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control, force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Under circumstances where our liability cannot be excluded and where liability may be lawfully limited, such liability is limited to the remedies required of us under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law). This liability clause is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
